Preparation and characterization of a large size graphene via microwave digestion reduction

Preparation and characterization of a large size graphene by microwave digestion reduced graphene oxide. Scanning electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and Raman spectra were used. The results showed that the size of nano-graphene sheets shown was more than15μm long, and thickness was less than 3nm.
