Study on activation of hierarchical pore ZSM-35 molecular sieve in butene skeleton isomerization reaction

ZSM-35 molecular sieve is modified by silica blend method. The modified ZSM-35 molecular sieve is characterized by XRD and BET. The catalytic performance of hierarchical pore ZSM-35 molecular sieve in butene skeleton isomerization reaction is evaluated and investigated on fixed bed reaction. The results show that the hierarchical pore molecular sieve both has the superiority of micropore and mesoporous behaves long life of catalyst obviously,and the yield of isobutene can enhance slightly.
