ANALYSES OF CHARACTERISTIC AND DYNAMIC CAUSE ON THE TYPHOON "BILIS"

MAO Lian-hai,YIN Jie,JIN Mi-na(Jiangxi Meteorological Observatory,Nanchang 330046,China)  
We studied typhoon BILIS and compared it with typhoons with similar path in history using data of conventional observation,T213,FY-2C satellite and Doppler radar.The results indicate that: rainstorm caused by BILIS appeared in the middle and south Jiangxi,which conforms to similar typhoons in history entering Ganzhou.The path of BILIS is relation with the location and evolvement of subtropical high.The rainstorm area in Jiangxi caused by BILIS matches well with upward current and upper divergence and relates with asymmetry,terrain and instability.Rainstorm phase is the inverse of humidity potential vorticity,especially in severe rainstorm.
