Synthesis of 1,4-Dihydropyridines by Grinding under Solvent-free Condition

A series of 1,4-dihydropyridines were synthesized by grinding reaction of aldehydes,ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium bicarbonate under solvent-free condition.The method has the advantages of simple,rapid and environment friendly.
