Synthesis of 2-Vinyl-8-hydroxyquinolin Derivatives and Their Antioxidation Activities

2-(2-(9H-fluoren-2-yl)vinyl)-8-hydroxyquinoline(6) and 2-(2-(phenanthren-9-yl)vinyl)-8-hydroxyquinoline(7) have been synthesized.The structure of compounds 6 and 7 were confirmed by UV-Vis,FT-IR,ESI-MS,1HNMR and elemental analysis.Meanwhile,the antioxidation activities of the titled compounds have been investigated by the DPPH·,O-·2 and OH·methods.The results showed that the titled compounds have strong antioxidation activity to the DPPH·,O-·2 and OH· free radicals.
