Preparation and Characterization of Tin Sulfide Ordered Nanohole Array Films

A SnS ordered nanohole array film was fabricated by a two-step replication process from anodic porous alumina. SEM and TEM analyses show that the ordered porous SnS film has nearly uniform, closely packed, straight nanohole array structure. The diameter and length of the nanohole are about 200nm and 1μm, respectively . EDS , XPS and XRD analyses reveal that the ordered porous SnS film has a Sn : S ratio close to 1:1 stoichiometry, and the framework of it has an orthorhombic SnS structure.
