Dynamic Synthesis and Characterization of Various Zeolites in HMI System

In the presence of template HMI, several zeolite molecular seives such as MOR, ANA, MCM-56, MCM-22 and MCM-49 have been synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal synthesis method through the control of Si/Al ratios, alkalinity, crystallization temperature, time and other reaction conditions. It is found that the Si/Al ratios of reactant mixture were determinative to the phases of the products. The physicochemical properties of the new zeolites were studied by XRD, TGA, SEM and TEM. The crystalline properties of MOR and ANA synthesized in HMI system were also characterized.
