Effects of Low Temperature on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Different Varieties Winter Rapeseed(Brassica campestris L.)

Photosynthetic characteristics and Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of winter rapeseed(Brassica campestris L.) of Longyou-6 and Longyou-7 and Longyou-8 and Longyou-9 and Tianyou-4 and Tianyou-7 and Ningyou-4 were studied under the condition of field planting in this paper.The results shows that at temperature of-10℃,lower net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and lower instantaneous light energy utilization(LUE) and lower transient carboxylation efficiency(CE) and lower instantaneous water use efficiency(WUE)of Longyou-7 seedling leaf was 0.40μmoloCO_2m~(-2)·s-1and 0.3216μmolCO_2mmol~(-1) and 0.0010 molCO_2m~(-2)·s~(-1) and2.2015μmolCO_2mmol~(-1)H_2O respectively.Lower steady-state fluorescence yield(Fs) and lower light fluorescence(Fm') and Lower PSII photosynthetic electron transport rate(ETR) of Longyou-7 seedling leaf are 63.2 and85.4 and 0.8375 respectively.Photosynthetic characteristics of Longyou-7 seedling are weaker than other winter rapeseed(Brassica campestris L.) varieties in the process of temperature decrease.
