Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal structure of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives

A series of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes,ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium bicarbonate under hydrothermal condition.Compared to the known report,this method has the advantages of excellent yields,convenience,less pollution and friendly environment.Compound b was deterimined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 19.7348(12),b=7.4285(4),c = 27.2561(16),β=106.9950(10)°,V=0.38212(4)nm3,Z=8,Dc =1.236 Mg/m3,μ=0.085 mm-1,F(000)=1520,S=1.053,R=0.0574,wR=0.1732.
