DETERMINATION OF RUTIN IN PRODUCTS OF GINKGO BILODA L.AND FAGOPYRUM ESCULENTUM MOENCH BY RP-HPLC

A method has been developed for determination of rutin in products of Ginkgo biloba L.and Fagopyrum esculentum Moench by RP-HPLC.The symmetric peak of rutin and good resolution were obtained, when ODS was used as a analytical column(35℃),MeOH-36%HAC·H20(39:2.3:58.7)and MeOH-CH3CN-36%HAC-H2O(22:0:2.6:65.4)as mobile phases for Kuqiaomai Kuaican Yingyangfen and Tianyin Koufuye respectively;the detective wavelength was 358nm.The content of Rutin in Kuqiaomai Kuaican Yingyangfen and Tianyin Koufuye were 0.069%and 0.0168%respectively.
