Extraction of the Oil from Ground Cherry Seeds by Soxhlet Method with Different Solvents and Composition Analysis

The oil was obtained from the seeds of ground cherry(Physalis alkekengi L.) which grows in Heilongjiang by the technology of Soxhlet extraction in diethyl ether,ethyl acetate,n-hexane,respectively.The yields were 19.70% in diethyl ether(mass fraction),19.53% in ethyl acetate and 18.83% in n-hexane,respectively.The components of the oil were analyzed and identified with GC/MS,the results showed that main compositions were linoleic acid,oleic acid,hexadecanoic acid and octadecanoric acid.
