Modeling and Simulation of GPS Signal Blockage Based on Space Resection

There is rising foreground of application for space resection using GPS relative navigation.One of important factors of damaging reliability of GPS relative navigation is signal blockage by spacecraft and the earth.In this paper,two signal blockage models,single antenna signal blockage model and double antenna signal blockage model,are studied.Through mathematical simulation based two signal blockage models,the feasibility of two models is tested,and severities of signal blockage during different spaces between the target and the chaser are compared and analyzed.In the end,the superiority of double antenna relative navigation system over signal antenna relative navigation system in space resection is pointes out.
