THE CALCULATION METHOD OF MOBILE PLATFORM STABILITY

Compared with conventional ships, the work of calculating platform stability in various inclination and directions is more complicated. A program for calculating the mobile platform stability has been developed by tne authors at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This paper presents the methods for calculating stability cross curves windloads cross curves.hydrostatic cupves and floating conditions.The results of calculation examples are given and analised.
