Investigation on optimization design of equivalent water-depth truncated mooring system in hybrid model testing

In this paper,the optimization design of the equivalent water-depth truncated mooring system in hybrid model testing for deep sea platforms is investigated.The optimization method is for annealing simulation algorithm hybrid discrete variable.The objective function is the similar degree in numerical value of the static characteristics between the truncated mooring system and the full depth one.And an example of the equivalent water-depth truncated mooring system optimization design is carried out on a turret mooring floating production system.
