Advances in typhoon wind field and pressure field

The research process of the typhoon pressure and wind fields has been reviewed in this paper.Comprehensive analyses and assessments are made,on typhoon pressure and wind fields,dissymmetrical structure of typhoon,maximum wind speed and variational adjustment method,numerical simulation and the airwater heat exchange across the water surface,respectively.The existing problems and the further developing trends in the research on the typhoon pressure and wind fields are described based on scientific and engineering requirements.
