Numerical simulation of wave runup and overtopping over seawalls

Based on CFD software FLUENT and linear wave theory,and using VOF method and RNG turbulence k-epsilon mode,source wave-generating method is accomplished through UDF.Based on this wave-generating method,and using porous media mode,wave runup and overtopping are simulated while the sea dikes are paved with armor blocks.Moreover,the relationship between porous resistance coefficient and roughness coefficient of armor blocks is given.
