Study on new technology of coating preservation of fish

Marinating the fish with the new type preserving reagent(PF),comes along with mixed sodium alginate and calcium chloride to test the their freshen effect. The study opens out that the new technology possess of excellent capability for fresh-keeping. The freshening period of fish treated with the preserving reagent is more than three times that of control fish.The freshness of marinated fish is 2nd level after 16 days cooled storage time.
