Treatment of Lower Limb Arterial Occlusive Disease by Hybrid Surgery

Objective To discuss lower extremity arterial occlusive disease indications for hybrid surgical treatment options,surgical methods,and analysis of the effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of the hospital data from 2005 to 2008 cross vascular surgery in 20 cases of lower extremity arterial occlusive disease.According to the exploration of patients conduct hybrid surgery treatment.Results The near future efficient is 95%.The average post-treatment ankle / brachial ratio(ABI) is raised 0.56,dorsal posterior tibial artery pulse 8,accounting for 40%.Conclusion Lower extremity arterial occlusive disease hybrid vascular surgery is an effective treatment for complex arterial occlusive disease,better than single surgery or endovascular treatment,with complementing each other,reducing trauma,security features,to the greatest degree of saving the limb.
