Dynamic Simulation Study of A New Strategy of Boiler Superheated Steam Temperature Control

A new strategy of boiler superheated steam temperature control is presented, which regulates the mass flow of desuperheater spray ahead of time by detecting flue-gas temperature and its change trend to control superheated steam temperature. Using a 300MW W-flame boiler as an example, the dynamic mathematical model of the superheat system is built up. Several dynamic processes are simulated and the variations of the main parameters of the superheat system are shown in curves. The results are analyzed and the validity of the control strategy is proved.
