The influence of the effective accumulated temperature of vernalization on Spring change related enzymes of the head cabbage

Prematurity cabbage variety "8398" and medmaturity cabbage "jingfeng" were used in our experiments,when "8398" have 6,7,8 leaves,"jingfeng" have 7,8,9 leaves treated them at low temperature 7,11,15,19 ℃,in an attempt to explore the relation between effective accumulated temperature and vernalization,The main conclusions of this study are as follows:the cardinal number of the effective accumulated temperature of cabbage is 24 ℃,the two variety have the same leaves have the same vernalization effective accumulated temperature,when "8398" have 6,7,8 leaves the effective accumulated temperature is 510.6、473.3、432.1 ℃ respectively,"jingfeng" have 7、8、9 leaves the effective accumulated temperature is 655.1、588.8、528.8 ℃;the effective accumulated temperature rise with leaf age which can accept low temperature reduce.The strong winter calvitars required more effective accumulated temperature.SOD,CAT and POD enzymatic activity increased with increase of the effective accumulated temperature of vernalization.
