The Models and Experimental Testing Method of Heat Release Rate of Fuel During the Development of Fire

This paper in detail analyses the models of heat release rate of fuel usually used at present , contrasts the features of these models and discusses the parametric ranges . The testing methods of heat release rate based on the oxygen consumption theory and mass loss rate are introduced and the experimental testing results are in part given in this paper.
