An Expert System for Vibration Diagnosis of the Hydroelectric Generating Set

A vibration diagnosis and consultation expert system for hydroelectric generating set based on knowledge base and the technique of the expert system is proposed. With knowledge of the vibration of the generating set, the vibration test, spectrum analysis and field experience of the operating personnel, this system is designed to work by inference. An inferential control program is developed with an architecture of the generating type of the expert system. The system is made up of three main parts, namely, the knowledge base, the library of algorithm program and the diagnosis Consultation program; The language of MACLISP is used and th esystem can be operated on an IBM-PC computer.
