Automatic optimal design for robust multi-cavity filter

A new concept of design for multi cavity narrow band filter is provided in this paper. By adding film system tolerance to evaluation function, a theoretical analysis is presented. Based on the modified film system deposition programme, a group of optimal result is reached. It shows that the film system is not a theoretical optimum result but a practical optimum result. The sensitivity gene is calculated and the result shows that the robust film system has much lower sensitivity gene compared with other film system, demonstrating the correctivity of optimal result.
