Asymmetric Buckling Analysis of Cylindrical Shells under Axial Dynamic Loads

The Karman Donnel kinetic equation is used to study the problem of the elastic plastic dynamic buckling of cylindrical shells under axial dynamic loads. The increment theory is applied to the constitution of material and the increment numerical method is used to solve the kinetic equations. Before the buckling of the cylindrical shells, the dynamic buckling modes are axisymmetic, while after the buckling, the deformation form of the structure is asymmetric.
