Tacit Knowledge,Implicit Cognition and Scientific Creativity

ZHOU Zhi-jin,YANG Wen-jiao(Institute of Educational Studies,HUST,Wuhan 430074,China)  
In this article,the difference and relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge was analyzed first.Second,it was stated that explicit knowledge can be transformed into tacit knowledge through processing and chunking explicit knowledge.Third,a brief creative process model was proposed to explain the influence of tacit knowledge on creativity.Finally the mechanism of intuition and incubation effect was illustrated.
