Orthogonal Experiment on the Optimum Culture Conditions of Paecilom yces cicadae

The optimum culture conditions of Paecilomyces cicadae were investigated by the orthogonal experiment in three factors and three levels of nutrient concentration. The basic culture conditions were the 5% of inoculation amount, 120 r/min,at 28℃ and for 120 h. The optimum culture condition was selected by testing and analyzing dry weight of mycelium, which was C6H12O6(glucose) 20 g/ L, yeast extract 5 g/ L,K2HPO41 g/ L. The carbon source was the most important nutrient factor for the growth of Paecilomyces cicadae.
