ZHANG Shu-ying XIAO Chun YE Min KANG Min WU Su-ran HU Chun-hua(College of Plant Protection,Yunnan Agricultural University,Kunming 650201,China)
Choice responses of Dacus dorsalis(Hendel) adults(immatures and matures) at different time(5,10,15,20,30,40,50,60 min) to the volatiles from banana pulp at different doses(0.01,(0.1,) 1.0,10 g) were conducted by using Y-Tube olfactometer in laboratory, respectively. The results showed that the volatiles were attractive to the both sexes of immature and mature adults. The dose-response showed that more than 0.1 g banana pulp demonstrated significant attractiveness to males and females.Time responses indicated that the significant responses by immature and mature adults at different dose were different. For males, the responses by immatures at the dose of 0.1 g reached a significant difference from control at 10 min and that by matures at 30 min.For females, the responses by immatures reached significant levels at 5 min and that by matures at 40 min.The immature and mature adults at 5 min produced significant responses at the dose of over 1 g(α=0.05).
