EFFECT OF THE INTERACTION BETWEEN BORON AND NITROGEN ON NITROGEN UPTAKE AND SOME ENGYME ACTIVITY IN RAPE

The absorption of N in rape was increased by applying B or N.There was a positive interaction between boron and nitrogen.A moderate amount of B promoted absorption of and while B-deficiency or an excess Of B inhibited the process.The nitrate reductase(NR)activity was significantly increased and protase and peptidase activity were significantly reduced by using B or N.There was positive efficiency between B×N interaction and NR activity,but negative efficiency between B×N interaction and protase or petidase adtivity.Treating rape seeds with B or N enhanced the protase and peptidase activity during germination.
