The Influence of the Dispersion on Optical Pulse in Optical Fiber Transmission

YANG Hui-min(Department of Physics,Heze University,Heza Shandong 274015,China)  
A numerical approach is gained from split-step Fourier method for solving the nonlinear Schrodinger equation.And all process of this approach is discussed in detail.Matlab is adopted to give the system a emulator,the system's performance is analyzed,and the transmission curve of Gaussian pulse under different dispersion value is simulated.
