Inquiry on Formative Evaluation Strategies In Microteaching

Formative evaluation is an important link in microteaching and how to make use of it tactically will directly affect its training result. To improve the achievement of practical training and the overall scientific e-valuation.in way of the current situation that is "Emphasizing three points and neglecting three points" during microteaching,by thoroughly reviewing the constructivist learning theory,the cognitive psychology,qualitative research,and portfolio assessment,a series of formative evaluation strategies which included process information, works information,and portfolio assessment are put forward.
