Cognitive Psychology Strategies for Microteaching Training

Under the era background of exploring the rule of microteaching activity extensively,it is very important to persist in discovering and solving the problem from microteaching activity.This paper discovers that preparing badly and operating improperly etc.are common problems from microteaching training,by using observing method and individually investigating method etc;it tries making up the guiding theory of behaviorism psychology with the theory of cognition psychology,so as to help resolving common problem,specifically,image training strategies,problem solving strategies and meta-cognitive strategies are synthetically used to solve these realistic problems from microteaching training.
