Perioperative Management of Senile Patients with Cardiovascular Disease(Report of 83 Cases)

Objective To study the methodS of management for perioperative period senile patients.Methods 83 cases(age from 60 to 82) with hypertension of various surgical procedures from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed respectively.21 cases with myocardial ischemia,21 cases with premature beats,3 cases with atrial fibrillation,3 cases had preexcitation syndrome,6 cases with bundle-branch block.Results All of the patients were undergone surgery.Two patients had wound hematoma due to petienta received aspirin.One case died of ACST(Acute cholangitis of severe type).No cases of cardiovascular accident and cerebrovascular accident were happened.Conclusion Active protection and careful management of during perioperotive period are the important method of obtaining safe and effective result.
