Objective To compare the effect of different care approaches on the mood of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing) and the observation group(integrated nursing). SDS, SAS and SCL-90 scores were used to evaluate the emotional status of the patients. Results The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Except "hostility" and "terror" these two items, the SCL-90 score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Integrated care can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and other negative emotional status of the patients with chronic renal failure. It helps improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
