Clinical Curative Effect of Octreotide Combined with Pantozol in Treatment of Bleeding Gastroduodenal Ulcer

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of octreotide combined with pantozol in treatment of bleeding gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods Medical records of 100 cases of gastric duodenal ulcer hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in control group patients taking panxi tora azole treatment,the treatment group patients taking the octreotide combined with panxi tora azole treatment.Hemostatic effect of two groups of patients,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results The treatment group patients after treatment of 1 d hemostatic effect was obvious due to the control group,P 0.05,2 d after treatment,the hemostatic effect of hemostatic effect,and the control group patients(P 0.05,no significant difference.The clinical total effective rate of treatment group patients was significantly greater than the control group,P 0.05.The treatment group patients incidence of adverse reaction was less than the control group,P 0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with diazepam tora azole treatment for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding,has good hemostatic effect,fewer adverse reactions,distinct effect,certain feasibility and security,so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
