Design and Implementation of Circuit Testing System Based on LabVIEW Programming

A circuit testing system is designed based on virtual instruments of digital function generator and digital oscilloscope without using additional data acquisition card.The working principle,testing programs and display interface of the system are introduced.The system software is developed by LabVIEW.The USB communication between the software and the digital function generator and oscilloscope is realized by NI-VISA.The designed system can control,collect,process,display and store the circuit signals,which is applied in measuring the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the visible light communication link.The testing results indicate that the system works stably,and has small error and strong compatibility,provides an effective testing solution for circuit analysis.
