Research on Transient Fault Line Selection in Resonance Grounding Distribution Network Based on HHT

According to the differences of amplitude,frequency distribution and mutation polarity of transient zero mode current of fault line and non-fault line,a new transient fault line selection scheme based on HHT is put forward.By using energy to measure the amplitude and frequency distribution of transient zero mode current,and the EMD is combined with the energy method to define the intrinsic mode energy and energy weight coefficient,the first three lines with the biggest energy weight coefficient are chosen.Then considering that the transient zero mode current mutation polarity of fault line and non-fault line is reverse,by applying HHT singularity detection principle,comparing the first order difference polarity of the highest frequency IMF component of transient zero model current of the three chosen lines,the line selection criterion is formed to structure the transient line selection scheme based on HHT.The validity of the method is verified by Matlab.The analysis shows that the proposed transient line selection scheme has high sensitivity and reliability.
