Mixture of cellulase and amylase for deinking of laser printed paper

The bio-deinking technology was introduced into the deinking process of HP laser printed paper.The target of deinking and environmental protection was approached under the condition of reducing the consumption of alkali as much as possible or even not using alkali absolutely.The deinking effects of cellulase,amylase,lipase and their mixture were compared.The effects of the factors such as different kinds of enzymes,ratio of cellulase to amylase,temperature and pH value on deinking were investigated.The results show that the cellulase and amylase have good deinking efficiency with pulp brightness of 76.93%(ISO),which approaches paper unprinted brightness of 80.48%(ISO).The optimal conditions of deinking are as follows: reaction temperature 40 ℃,pH=9-10,mass ratio of cellulase to amylase 1 ∶1.5,which provides a theoretical basis for deinking technologies.
