The Coordination of Teaching and Research in the Practice of College Teacher Development

College teacher development is the main approach for young college teachers to form professional ideology and acquire professional skills.The coordination of teaching and research is of great importance to the de- velopment of college teachers.Through the analysis of teaching and research process in the career of young college teachers a teaching-focused development approach which can coordinate teaching and research was proposed. Problems to be faced and measures to be taken in the process of the coordination were also discussed in detail.
