The Application of Polymer Polyester Polyol in Sole Materials

Microporous polyurethane elastomer sole was prepared by polyester polyol,polymer polyester polyol,4-4′-diphenylmethane-diisoyanate by semi-prepolymerization.The effects of operating temperature on the viscosity of material A,polymer polyester polyols on the cellular performances structure and of microporous polyurethane elastomer sole was discussed.The result showed that when polymer polyester polyol was used in microporous polyurethane elastomer sole,the mechanical properties of microporous polyurethane elastomer such as hardness and strength could be enhanced.The cellular structure was improved.The viscosity of component A was increased slightly,but the technology wasn't affected and the viscosity could be adjusted in the range of application temperature.
