Topological Optimization Design of The Crate Bracket Based on Ansys Workbench

Taking the removable bracket of a certain strengthening crate as an example,this paper uses 3-D software to perform modeling,leads the model into Design Modeler for simplification and modification through Ansys 3-D model interface program.The optimized design has 3steps:firstly the static analysis is performed to check the bracket intensity under Ansys workbench;secondly Design Xplorer module is used to perform optimization and modification;finally the optimized model intensity is compared with the intensity before optimization,which determines the feasibility of the method.
