Structure design on large-span connected structure of complex activities center in the Eastern City of Tongling City

The west tower of complex activities center in the Eastern City of Tongling City is a connected high-rise steel structure,and the span of the connecting body is 54 meters. In order to understand the dynamic characteristics and the overall performance under the frequency and occasional earthquake,elastic response spectrum analysis was done using ETABS and SATWE. Aiming at the most structurally-concerned aspects in this building,an in-depth analysis was performed and detailed calculations were carried out,including Pushover analysis,joint analysis,vibration comfort of the floor,and the temperature effect,in order to achieve the safety and reliability of the structure.
