Reviews of researches on the psychological contract in organizations

Reviewed the literature on psychological contract research recently growing in the field of organizational behavior (OB) and human resource management (HRM), the present paper focuses on introduction of the western researches on psychological contract. Key themes include the conceptual development of psychological contract, the content of psychological contract, and its influence on organizational outcomes.
