Design and Study on a New Closed Double-point Hydraulic Force Increasing Presear

A new closed double-point press was designed,which was well combined hydraulic technology with orthogonal force amplifier.More pressure was realized with a little hydraulic force by orthogonal force amplifier,so the complex tape handler,gear driver and high capacity motor etc.were simplified.A crack press was compared with hydraulic force increasing press and the schematics of them were introduced,a force increasing ratio of the orthogonal force amplifier was calculated.
