The Study of CNC System for Camshaft Grinder Based on PMAC

The key technologies about cam grinding CNC system were discussed.The constant grinding ratio mathematic model related with grinding wheel and the camshaft during the grinding process was derived. The software and the hardware system were designed based on open PMAC.By using the object-oriented technology,the CNC software system were developed by using VC++6.0.The hardware of the system and the methodology of developing software were presented.
