A New Method of IP Controller Design for NC Machine Tool Droved by Linear Servo System

A new method of IP robust controller design for NC machine tool droved by linear servo system was presented based on robust control theory.On the basis of building the system state space model,the synthesis of IP controller was converted into a standard H_∞ control problems.A H_∞ robust controller which could guarantee robustness of the system was obtained through solving an algebraic matrix Riccati inequality with symmetrically positive solution.The IP controller was included in H_∞ robust controller.The results of simulation indicate that the linear servo system with robust IP controller can guarantee a good restraint for uncertain disturbance as well as the tracks of input signal,and can finally satisfy control requirement for high-performance linear servo system.
