The Design of Auto Sheet-making Pneumatic Robotic Manipulator with Three Degrees of Freedom

The sheet-making apparatus used in producing a kind of high-performance friction material has some limitations.A pneumatic robotic manipulator used to refit this sheet-making apparatus was designed through the approach of modularization,integration and logic analysis.The manipulator was constructured by an integration of various pneumatic cylinders,sensors,valve islands and servo-positioning controller based on actuator-sensor interface(AS_i)bus.The manipulator realized the requirements of refitting and can be extended in the future.
