Weft Insertion Air Flow Testing System of Air-jet Loom Based on LabWindows/CVI

DU Yanwei(School of Mechatronic Engineering,Xi'an Technological University,Xi'an Shaanxi 710032,China)  
According to the characteristics of weft insertion flow field testing,the weft insertion air flow dynamic testing system for air-jet loom was developed with L-type total pressure probe,CYG101 type solid-state piezoresistive pressure sensor and PCI-1232 multifunction data acquisition card,based on virtual instrument software development platform LabWindows/CVI.This test system was able to realize real-time detection of weft insertion air flow dynamic pressure of the main air nozzle or auxiliary nozzle in weaving process,and was able to analyse or deal with the collected data.This test system was used to test the air pressures of main nozzle,auxiliary nozzle and weft insertion air flow.The test results were analyzed.
