Design and Simulation for a Hybrid Hydraulic Excavator Load Simulation System

The design goal and design process of the loading simulation system of hydraulic excavator were introduced.The final aims were to control the power output conveniently,the maximum loading power greater than 40 kW and to simulate variable load with high frequency.Then the model of the hydraulic loading system was built based on AMEsim and the typical work condition and maximum loading power work condition were simulated.It is shown that the hydraulic loading system has high-precision under complex and special work conditions.It meets the design requirements and can be used to simulate hydraulic excavator load well.
