Force Analysis of Straw Stem During the Briquetting Process

This paper presents a structure of a new type of high-production,low-power straw briquetting machine.The new type machine is a vertical structure,its briquetting modle is a ring type composited structure.The cross-sectional area of molding cavity is enlarged and the number of moving parts of the equipment is reduced to achieve lower energy consumption.The complex briquetting process can be roughly divided into five working areas based on the analysis of the compress process of straw stem in straw briquetting machine.The distribution digram of pressure and friction force acted on straw stem in the forming and keeping area are presented based on the modeling and simulation analysis with ANSYS software and the analysis on the wear-out parts of the machine.The research results of this paper have important significance to the design of the straw fuel briquetting machine.
