Structure Analysis and Optimization of Laminating Machine Frame Based on the Orthogonal Test

In the packaging process of the solar cell panel,the frame body structure of the laminating machine deformed by the pressure of the upper and lower casing,so that the crushing rate of the battery plate increases.Therefore,it needs enough strength and stiffness.This thesis uses the finite element method to analysis of laminator frame and application of orthogonal experimental method,eventually formulated structure scheme.Compared with existing devices,the frame structure is simpler,the maximum stress and deformation of frame are reduced during working process,and the steel is saved.
